How are we different?

Cheap Quick Divorce was launched in an effort to bring an affordable option for people seeking to Divorce without losing the quality and benefit of having legal advice during the process. Many cheap options outside of law firms offer divorce papers as a pack for clients to complete themselves or assistance from people who are not legally qualified often referred to as "case managers".

Our fixed fee divorce includes a full handling of the application by our Senior Family Lawyer with over 14 years experience specialising in family law. Along with liaising directly with you and advising throughout your divorce application, she will draft the Divorce Application itself and lodge this with the Court, advice on sole and joint divorces, deal with the response from your spouse to the application and prepare the applications for Conditional Order and Final Order.  This means you receive everything you would from a traditional law firm, without the price tag! You can feel safe in the knowledge that you are not alone, and will not have to worry about incorrectly filing papers or unnecessary delays.

This also means that you can feel assured that you are receiving the same level of service you would from a law firm along with the same protection. Cheap Quick Divorce has the insurance in place required by traditional law firms to provide you with the protection that you should have when taking any legal advice. Often other cheap divorce companies, do not have this in place and are not regulated. We are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and must abide by their rules. This offers significant protection for you and leaves you safe in the knowledge that our lawyer, will progress your case honestly, fairly, swiftly and in accordance with the strict rules set by the SRA.

The fixed fee does not include the Court fee. The Court fee is set by HMCTS and is paid directly upon issue. There are exemptions to paying the fee such as if you are in receipt of benefits. If you think you may be exempt, please let Rebecca know after purchase of your lawyer led divorce so that the required forms can be completed. If not, Rebecca will contact you to pay the Court fee when the papers are ready to issue.
