Preparation and submission of the application for Decree Nisi
Preparation and submission of the application for Decree Absolute
 
If your spouse defends the divorce, we will not be able to deal with the defended proceedings under this fixed fee. Rebecca will provide you with the next steps and costs appropriate if this occurs. 
 
Fees quoted are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of any disbursements such as the Court fee or process server fee if required.
